  • Check your internet connection

  • Restart the app

  • Update your device OS

  • Clear cache on Fire TV / Roku / Browser

Login Issues

  • Reset your password

  • Verify email spelling

  • Make sure subscription is active

App Crashes

  • Restart the device

  • Update Buck TV+

  • Reinstall the app if needed

 

3. Subscription & Billing

Buck TV+ subscriptions are managed through:

  • Roku Billing

  • Amazon Fire TV Billing

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

  • Direct Web Subscriptions

For billing updates or cancellations, please manage through the platform where you subscribed.

 

4. Content Requests & Licensing

  • Artist submissions

  • Film submissions

  • Podcast submissions

  • Advertising inquiries

  • Licensing & syndication deals
