By submitting this form, I certify that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that this is a casting form for the "20 Versus 1" event filmed on December 5th, 2025 and produced by BuckTV Network and BuckTV+ (the "Production").
I voluntarily agree that if selected, my image, voice, likeness, and any recorded participation may be filmed, photographed, recorded, edited, and broadcast worldwide on television (including but not limited to Apple TV, Roku TV, Fire TV), streaming platforms, social media, and all other media now known or later developed through BuckTV Network's worldwide distribution network, without further compensation beyond what is agreed upon in a separate talent agreement.
I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee selection, and that the producers may contact me at info@bucktvnetwork.com for additional interviews, background checks, or verification. If selected, exact filming time and location details will be provided via email.
I release BuckTV Network, BuckTV+, their parent companies, subsidiaries, partners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from my participation in the casting and, if selected, in the production, except as otherwise required by law.
